How it works...

​

Sadie can come to your designated location and teach your group valuable relaxation exercises in a calm, fun and friendly manner to help you to relax. Or you can come to Stow on the Wold where we have a small private studio and also a suitable room for larger bookings.

​

Enjoy a team-building session that connects you emotionally, sharing laughter and insight.

Enabling you to balance, energise or simply be able to calm those negative thought patterns that can envelope us from time to time.  Create your own retreat, whether that is for just a few hours our a whole day or over a weekend.

Mix 'n' Match

Choose from the following disciplines:

​

  • Breathwork – teaching people various techniques to calm, balance or energise themselves as well as how to take control when stress and anxiety creep in

  • Meditation – offering guided meditation

  • Seasonal Yoga

  • Cacao Ceremony – the beautiful healing power of cacao to calm and reflect

  • Facial Yoga – to help with relieving stress in the face, neck and shoulders as well as working on muscle tone using our hands and a Gua Sha stone

  • Ho’oponopono – the Hawaiian art of forgiveness – I offer my signature guided meditation to help people release their own feelings towards events/people that they are struggling to forgive.  This involves not specifically forgiving the event/person itself, just freeing them from their own emotions, effectively releasing them from the past.

  • Mindful Journaling – to help process feelings during the mindful practice of journaling

  • Qi Gong – mindful movement, which is the origins of Tai Chi, a truly beautiful practice

  • Women’s circles – offering women a structured space to share and be heard, but always fun and insightful (these can be adapted for general Circles to include men of course)

  • Shinrin Yoku / Nature Connection– Taking people out in to the woodland and reconnecting our senses to nature, whether this is within a beautiful garden or and ancient forest

An example of a 2 hour session would include:

  • Yoga

  • Breathwork Exercises

  • Guided Meditation

Pricing:

1 Hour - £15 per person, minimum 4 people (or £60 per session if less than 4 people)

2 Hour - £30 per person, minimum 4 people (or £120 per session if less than 4 people)

3 Hour - £45 per person, minimum 4 people (or £180 per session if less than 4 people)

Please note: there may be nominal travel charges if your location is more than 15 miles away from Bourton on the Water in Gloucestershire.
