Group Wellbeing Sessions & Custom Retreats
Sadie offers tailored group sessions and retreats designed to help participants relax, reconnect, and recharge in a supportive, enjoyable environment. Sessions can be held at your chosen location, or you’re welcome to join us at our private studio in Stow-on-the-Wold, which also accommodates larger groups.

These experiences are fun, calming, and insightful, encouraging emotional connection, shared laughter, and mindful reflection. Whether you want to energise, restore balance, or simply calm racing thoughts, each session can be customised to suit your group’s needs. Create your own retreat — from a few hours to a full day, or even a weekend immersive experience.

Breathwork | 1 Hour – Learn techniques to calm, balance, energise, and manage stress and anxiety.

Vision Board Workshop | 2 Hours
A creative and reflective session designed to help you clarify your intentions, set meaningful goals, and connect with your inner vision. Using guided prompts, mindful reflection, and creative materials, you’ll leave with a tangible, inspiring board that supports focus, motivation, and personal growth. -
Polyvagal Theory | 30 minutes–explores how the nervous system responds to stress and safety, helping us understand our physiological and emotional reactions. By working with the nervous system through breathwork, movement, and mindful practices, we can support regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of calm and safety in daily life.

Ho’oponopono | 1 Hour– A guided meditation practice to release emotional burdens and create space for forgiveness and self-compassion.

Mindful Journaling | 1 - 2 Hours– Process thoughts and feelings through reflective writing practices.

Qi Gong | 1 Hour – Gentle mindful movement rooted in the origins of Tai Chi.

Pricing

1 Hour – £20 per person, minimum 4 people (or £80 if fewer than 4)

2 Hours – £40 per person, minimum 4 people (or £160 if fewer than 4)

3 Hours – £50 per person, minimum 4 people (or £180 if fewer than 4)

Full Day - 4 - 5 Hours of treatments £75 per person minimum 4 people. two hours in the morning, lunch then 3 hours in the afternoon

Sessions are available 7 days a week, subject to availability. A nominal travel charge may apply for locations more than 15 miles from Bourton-on-the-Water.
